Situated on the Sydney CBD fringe, Restreet’s Directors and team have a proven award winning ability and extensive history working in Sydney in live operational environments, sympathetic to those whom are impacted by construction, whilst driving the best possible outcome for all stakeholders. Unlike larger companies, Restreet’s Directors are local to your project, on the front line and are contactable & accountable from project to project.

Builder

Proudly Australian and privately owned since 2012. Dallad is rapidly growing, becoming one of Sydney's most successful boutique construction and development groups. A long term Master Builders Association member, with over 30 years collective experience in construction and property, Dallad’s reputation is based on the successful outcome of all their projects.

Dallad is currently responsible for Architectural design development The Rise Bondi, Sofia Ashfield and Isabella Kirawee and has a multitude of successfully completed projects.

Architect

Place Studio plans and develops spaces, offering design that is as thoughtful as it is beautiful. Having successfully worked on a broad range of projects including bespoke houses, hotel, commercial and multi-residential developments, every project is an opportunity to research, innovate and collaborate. Their goal is to create enduring architecture that meets our client’s objectives, while balancing the requirements of stakeholders and planning authorities.
